Lawn Service Policy

Lawn Mowing Service 

Our Weekly lawn mowing service package includes lawn mowing, trimming, edging and blowing. Grass areas in the front, back, and sides of your yard are mowed with 21 inch mulching mowers and grass or weeds growing inside of beds will not be cut. Trimming is done around beds, fences and trees and edging is done along and sidewalks and driveways in the front yard. Jr Pro Service makes sure to blow clippings from sidewalks and driveways once the service has been completed.Weekly Lawn mowing pricing is based on a lot size of less than 12,000 square feet.

Assigned Service Day

Jr Pro Service schedules the services Tuesday thru Friday within designated areas each day of the week ensuring that each customer is assigned a specific service day throughout the season. Although we assign a specific service day, the time of your service may vary from week to week.

Gates and Pets

All pets must be indoors and all gates must be unlocked on your service day. If we arrive to your property and cannot into the back yard due to a pet in the yard or a locked gate, you will still be charged. Our crews are very careful about closing gates before they leave, but we do not guarantee that a pet will not escape from the yard, therefore, you accept our service with this provision. Jr Pro Service is not responsible for lost or injured pets.

Items in the Yard / Pool

We ask all customers to please pick up all small items such as toys, hoses, pet waste, and other items in the yard or pool before our technicians arrive each week. Jr Pro Service is not responsible for damage to exposed sprinkler lines, other lines, cable, dog fence lines and other items. Large items such as lawn furniture and trampolines will be moved and mowed under. Jr Pro Service is not responsible for broken items or any injuries that result from use of these items after they have been moved by our technicians.

Watering Yard

We ask all customers Please do not water your lawn on your service day. Wet grass can cause clumping and streaking.

Holidays (Yard Services Only)

On weeks when a national holiday falls Tuesday thru Friday, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day so that we will service all remaining lawns the day after their scheduled day, using Saturday for Friday clients.

Skipping Service(Yard Services Only)

Clients may skip a week of mowing if the lawn growth slows and mowing is not required. In order to provide the best lawn care, /Jr Pro Service will not skip two or more consecutive weeks of mowing. Please note that our crews do not make the decision of whether or not your yard needs mowing, so you will need to contact us to skip a scheduled mowing. In order for a requested skip to take affect, you must contact us at or speak with a Jr Pro Service representative at 214-453-0089 by 5pm the day before your scheduled mowing. Service will be resumed the following week.


You may cancel your service with us anytime you wish, for any reason, without a cancellation fee. Please understand though, that if you do not cancel your service, we will return to your house from week to week throughout the season and from season to season until you cancel. Customers who wish to cancel must submit their request at / or speak with a Jr Pro Service representative at 214-453-0089. Cancellations must be submitted by 5pm the day before the mowing or pool cleaning you wish to discontinue service on.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

All Jr Pro Services clients are guaranteed satisfaction with their lawn care and pool cleaning service. If you ever feel that your  service is not satisfactory, please contact us at / or speak with a Jr Pro Services representative at 214-453-0089 by 5pm the day of your service and we will come back and fix the problem at no additional charge the following day. Complaints made after 5pm will be taken care of on the following visit. Sorry but credits are not available.

Damage(Yard Services Only)

If Jr Pro Service damages a sprinkler head, please contact us anytime at / or speak with a Jr Pro Service representative at 214-453-0089 between the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday thru Friday. We will repair or replace the damage as soon as possible.

Rain(Yard Service Only)

We always try to finish our routes, even on rainy days. If we are unable to complete your service due to a heavy rain all day, we will adjust the rest of the week’s schedule by one day so that we will service all remaining lawns the day after their scheduled day. To avoid excessively long grass, we recommend allowing us to mow even when the lawn is wet.


For your convenience payment for services can automatically be billed to a debit or credit card the day of your lawn care service.  Those who prefer to pay by cash or check may do so at the time of service, however a credit card will be required at the time the service is scheduled.  In the event that either cash or a check is not received at the time of service, the card on file will be charged for the completed service.  Payments made by check to /Jr Pro Service that are not honored by the bank will incur a return check fee of $35 dollars, which will be charged to the card on file.

Declined Cards

In the event that a card is declined, we will try the card again the following day. If the card does not go through a second time, the next service will be put on hold until we are able to reach the client. Those responds quickly with another card, we will promptly put them back on the schedule.

Tax Service:

Landscaping and lawn care services are taxable real property services. Taxable landscaping and lawn care services include any work done to maintain or improve lawns, yards and ornamental plants and trees, such as tree trimming and lawn mowing. The total amount charged for landscaping and lawn care services is subject to tax, including any charges for travel or equipment, even if separately stated.
